Terms and Conditions
U.K. Residents ONLY - We only deliver our goods inside of the U.K. at this time.
Order Processing
If your order is made BEFORE 2pm mon-fri, your order will be processed that same day and will take approximately 1-5 days to arrive at your preferred address. AFTER 2pm, orders will be processed the next working day. Orders made after 2pm on fridays will be processed the following working monday.
Postage and Packaging
Postage and packaging is FREE to anywhere in the U.K. Mainland only. Your order will be sent using standard delivery. Delivery could take up to five days to arrive at your preffered address.
Cancellations
You can cancel your order up until it is dispatched. You will have until 2pm on the day of dispatch to cancel your order. Once your order has left us we are unable to cancel the order.
Adding to your order
We can add to your order if your request is before 1.30pm on the day of dispatch. After this time you may have to place a separate order for your additional products.
Damaged Goods
If your goods arrive damaged, you must notify us within 3 working days of receipt. Goods will ALWAYS be checked twice before leaving us so you should inform the delivery service of its condition. However, if the goods are damaged and it appears to be a fault of ours then please let us know so we can amend the problem.
Non-delivery
If your order has not arrived at your stated address then you must notify us within 10 working days from when your order was dispatched. Any missing orders left after 10 days may not be re-sent.
Incorrect/Missing Customer Information
Please check your personal details when placing an order with us. After your order has been placed we will send you a confirmation email. Please check your details through your confirmation to ensure all details are correct. If however some details are incorrect please notify us as soon as possible so we can amend your details and send your goods quickly and smoothly to your preffered address.
Return of Goods
If you are not completely satisfied with your goods and want to return them, the product will need to be sent back to us before we can return your payment for the goods.
