*Hi! I just wanted you to know that I was out power walking training for the moonwalk wearing a rucksack on my back. The sun came out so with just my T shirt on and bare arms my rucksack started to rub. After 5 miles or so my arm was red roar sore. The only thing I had on me to help was my Natural U lip balm. Thinking on my feet I rubbed the lip balm into my arm. I was able to continue with my 14 mile training walk and by the time I got home the mark on my arm was almost gone.
